KC Film Folk Lobby in Jeff City

Kansas City producers, directors, actors, and other film supporters gathered  for Legislative Day in Jefferson City February 2, 2010.  MOMMA (Missiouri Motion Media Association) organized the effort with a great turnout of Industry professionals from all over the state.  Lead by MOMMA director Lorah Steiner, individuals and groups met with various legislative leaders at the Capitol building to encourage the support of the state tax credits that attract filmmakers to Missouri communities.
